Tour Plan

Pick up at 0930hrs, from your Hotel and proceed to Daphne Sheldrick elephant orphanage. At 1100 Hours, the baby animals are brought from the National Park for a mud-bath at the orphanage, where for an hour you can get close to them and sometimes touch them. There is a keeper who will give a talk about the elephants, where they came from, how they are getting on, and how some of the previous orphans are progressing. You can get really close to the elephants. The orphanage also takes in rhinos and so if you are lucky you will get the chance to see a young rhino.
Break for Lunch at Nearby Restaurant.
After Lunch, you will proceed to Giraffe Center. The Giraffe Center is located in Langata, approximately 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) from the center of Nairobi, Kenya. It was established in order to protect the endangered Rothschild giraffe, Giraffa Camelopardalis Rothschild, which is found only in the grasslands of East Africa. The main attraction for both school children and visitors is feeding giraffes from a raised observation platform. The Giraffe Center is also home to several warthogs which freely roam the area along with the giraffe. After a giraffe center, you will be dropped at your Nairobi Hotel. -Evening Siesta at the Hotel.
