Booking and Payment Policies – Banok Safaris Limited
Upon confirmation of your safari booking, clients are required to provide the following details to facilitate smooth arrangements and personalized service:
- Full names as per passport
- Flight details for airport transfers
- Preferred accommodation arrangement (single, double, or triple occupancy)
- Meal preferences (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or mixed options)
A 40% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining 60% balance payable at least 7 days prior to arrival.
For convenience and security, Banok Safaris Limited accepts payments via secure online platforms, including Visa, MasterCard, and Union Pay or via Wire transfer to our company Bank account
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions are an essential part of our terms and are determined by commitments made to hotels, safari lodges, camps, domestic airlines, and other service providers on behalf of the client. Once bookings are confirmed, these partners apply cancellation charges, which are reflected in our policy.

A 7.5% administrative fee applies to all cancellations to cover transaction and processing costs. Approved refunds are processed within 90 days from the date of official cancellation notice.
