Kisumu Impala Sanctuary is located in the lake shores of Lake Victoria, covering an area of 1.2 square kilometers, just a walking distance from Kisumu City. The Sanctuary is a key site for ecology and wildlife research and education.

Kisumu Impala Sanctuary offers diverse flora and fauna. Visitors can visit the sanctuary throughout the year. Animals In in the sanctuary includes; lionsAfrican leopardscape buffalosolive baboonshyenasTanzanian cheetahsside-striped jackals, impalas, vervet monkeys, leopard tortoise,  and grazing ground for hippos from the Lake and threatened Sitatuanga Antelope.
