Tour Guides
The most important aspect of traveling through any country is the quality of the tour guides. Their knowledge, experience, and companionship can make any trip truly magical and incredibly enriching. Every Safari has a driver-guide who meets and picks up the clients from the Airport or hotel and takes care of them wherever they go as mentioned in the itinerary. Each tour guide is qualified enough in the field of Geography, History, laws in Africa, and safe driving skills. All our driver guides are continuously updated in the fields of wildlife, photography, first-aid, vehicle safe driving and maintenance, conservation techniques, and language studies. All speak English and at least a second international language.
Itineraries
All our safari circuits are privately designed by well-qualified tour consultant who has knowledge of all safari destinations in East Africa. Our prices are fair enough to suit your budget either family vacations, solo travelers, honeymooners, couple holidays, and others.
Accommodation
From classic Big Five safari camps to sumptuous riverside retreats, the range of five-star safari lodges and resorts is nothing short of extraordinary. We choose the best lodge, camps, cottage, beach resort, and city hotel with great service and convenience enough to our clients. Our utmost goal is for our clients to have a good comfortable stay during their safari in Africa.
Transportation
Our safari packages are based on a 4×4 Landcruiser which is mostly used in road-based safaris or fly-in safaris. Each 4×4 Land cruiser has a pop-up roof, a mobile HF radio, a cool box, reference books, binoculars, and a First-Aid Kit. Fly-in safaris, a combination of light aircraft and open-sided 4WDs with a sun canopy, are used. Open-sided 4WD vehicles offer greater visibility and provide unobstructed game viewing at the park in all directions.
Payment Terms
Upon confirmation of the safari by the client, the tour consultant will email you the invoice. We will then send you our secured payment link to enter your details and process payment. No transaction charges were added. Deposit: 30%. 60% balance to be paid 7 days before the commencement of the safari.
Safari Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Above 61 days before safari starts: Zero cancellation charges
Cancellation between 41 days to 60 days before safari starts: 20% cancellation charges
Cancellation between 21 days to 40 days before safari starts: 40% cancellation charges
Cancellation between 6 days to 20 Days before safari starts: 60% cancellation charges
Cancellation between 0 days to 5 days before safari starts: 100% cancellation charges
In case of cancellation, a refund will be processed within 6 months.
